I wake up knowing. The sun sneaks in making patterns of patterns on the curtains. Has it always known? The mind is monkly serene. Its restive meandrings paused.

it's a note

It's a note to myself. When you're sad, Don't click on send.
Everything gets better. You get stronger. And the universe says ...take it easy.
Do that. Breathe. Laugh when you can. Make someone feel good. Run.

Sane things

Washing hands

Staying off people 

Telling people to stay off people

Keeping lungs well fed

Listening to gyan

Ignoring gyan

Giving gyan

Sunbathing

Keeping hands off face... Could you do that? It's unbelievable how much we touch our face.. and I'd thought that was the eaiest one yet!

Ok...Not so much sane things (till I'm vindicated anyway)

Buying CuSO4 because the ringworm doesn't like copper and because I think my brain still remembers chemistry

We shall see my peeps. We shall see. You laughing? I give you OTS. Wait wait..

So this life..I tried haiku..it's kind of fun. 5-7-5 syllables, a reference to nature, a juxtaposition of quirky opposites. Here's one of mine

Laces wind up loose

Dripping breaths to plunder chests

Break your forest run

Just because

What do you do when you wake up with a song in your head? You play it don't you... first thing in the morning. Don't even try to reason. This timewarp where you sit and listen to a voice from way past defining your today. Right across the breakfast table, is your now. The only promise you get to keep. The real thing.

Whatsappeople

Addicted to Whatsappeople.....
 Ever had this thing happen to you when you're chatting on Whatsapp and you want to send a hug? Not possible. There's some bracket business but that just doesn't cut it. And if you want to kiss, you can't do it without winking. But if you live in a farm, you get to emoticon the residents. In different colors. And buildings...don't get me started. Every building on the planet can be described. Church with a soul and one without even. You can have a beer, two beers, wine and a cocktail but not milk unless you take it in a feeding bottle. If you cycle, you have to be a boy and if you're dancing, you have to be a girl. Bamboo shoots there are 3. Please explain.
